These are starting rates for a standard Italian or French menu and downtown delivery. Live stations, bar, rentals, and service staff are quoted after Chef Glenn Cherny sees the room.
Corporate
Boxed or buffet. Includes compostable ware and downtown delivery on orders over $450. HST extra.
Most booked
Cocktail hour plus plated or family-style dinner. Staff, china, and bar quoted separately.
Drop-off
Boards and heat-and-serve pans. No staff unless you add it.
HST extra. 50% deposit to lock the date and the menu. Final guest count is due 72 hours before service and is what we bill. Service staff $38 / hour / person (4-hour minimum). China, glass, and linen rentals quoted from the room list.
